INTRODUCTION

I’ve been counting down the days to this moment—it feels surreal to finally share it with you! Today marks the start of an exciting new chapter in my journey as a makeup artist, and it’s such a meaningful milestone for me.

OVERCOMING IMPOSTER SYNDROME

Getting here hasn’t been easy, and looking back, I realize how much I’ve grown. For years, I struggled to find the right direction for my makeup business. I was passionate about the craft but found myself simply going through the motions—serving clients without a clear vision for growth. While I loved what I did, I couldn’t see a path forward to elevate my work into something bigger.

Truthfully, imposter syndrome held me back. I spent too much time comparing myself to other makeup artists, convincing myself I wasn’t as talented or accomplished as they were. Instead of celebrating my skills and achievements, I downplayed them, holding myself back from promoting my work with confidence.

At times, makeup felt like a routine rather than the creative outlet I once loved. I knew I needed a spark—something to reignite my passion and remind me why I started this journey in the first place.

FINDING MY FIRE

That spark came this year, and it has completely changed everything for me. Right now, I’m experiencing the most transformative season of my career, and I owe so much of that to the inspiring, creative friends who surround me. Their drive to achieve more lit a fire within me, pushing me to dream bigger.

This year, I officially announced my partnership with Emmeline and Jeremy as part of the Little Moons Beauty Team (you can read all about it here!). This collaboration has completely reawakened my love for makeup and reminded me of the joy and creativity that first drew me to the industry.

As I built this website, I found myself reflecting on how far I’ve come over the past seven years. I’ve grown not just as an artist but as someone who has the privilege of connecting with people on a deeper level. My role is more than applying makeup—it’s about making people feel confident, beautiful, and truly seen. Every client I meet becomes a new friend, and I’m endlessly grateful to play a small part in their special moments.
